Was a time in which VT was heavy into throwing the ball into the post

The offense was stagnant because of it and 4 people would watch 1 player go 1 on 1 in the post. The adjustment was to be more perimeter oriented so that you could pull secondary defenders out of the laps of Aluma and Mutts while also generating movement on the perimeter

Currently the shots arent falling but the strategy isnt flawed. The answer isnt going back to a stagnant offense...the answer is to make shots.

They have to manufacture ways to make them more confident in their shot. Theres nothing wrong with their footwork and theres nothing wrong with their form. And its not as though the people shooting are people who cant make those shots.

This desire to change up the strategy just isnt ground in any logical sense
