Increasing minutes for sure. I kind of like how he comes off the bench and

lights up the other team. Picks up his teammates. Last night during his run the other guys on the floor made a strong effort to get him the ball, too. Coaches' trust is a great thing but teammates trust you enough in that spot is everything.
