Speed kills in this game.

I walked away feeling the same way. LU had some players with wheels and they seemed quicker to loose balls.

It looked to me like Kayla Frank was not able to run at full speed. She did not look comfortable on the break away shot on goal. She got chased down and was forced to take a bad angle shot. And then she failed to chase her missed shot, resulting in LU getting the ball. You hate to say a play turned a game, but if she scores VT goes up three. The miss allowed LU to keep their momentum going.

Love the fight in the Hokies to come back and control the game in the second and third quarters. The team has to do a better job possessing the ball and playing smart to close out games.
