I'm doing that Isle Royale/Voyageurs trip this August
Doing a big loop from SLC that includes Wind Cave, Teddy Roosevelt, Voyageurs, Isle Royale, and Indiana Dunes. Might try to squeeze in Cuyahoga Valley if I can. Visits will all be short with hopes to spend more time later. Maybe on a drive that includes Pictured Rocks, Apostle Islands, and Sleeping Bear Dunes in Michigan.
I've heard Oregon coast is best in Sept/Oct so I'm looking at that maybe this year or next, and taking in the Columbia River gorge on the way. I did Crater Lake and Redwoods on a trip last summer, along with a big swath of eastern Oregon on the way home - let's just say there's nothing on that side of the Cascades worth seeing.
Hoping to hit New River Gorge, Mammoth Cave, Congaree, Dry Tortugas, Biscayne, and Hot Springs maybe next fall/winter. At that point I'll be almost all the way to visiting all the NPs in the lower 48 - I think maybe Acadia will be the only one left.
Great Basin is only 4 hours from me. Might have to revisit as the last time I just did the Wheeler Peak hike and the caves were closed.
Hawaii parks will happen probably next spring. The remaining Alaska parks will have to wait.
