Tech help please with iPhone voicemail/Verizon


My iPhone 10 with Verizon service has about 3 minutes worth of saved voicemails but my mailbox is almost 100% full. I have cleared my deleted messages. Seems like my mailbox would have a lot more than 3 minutes worth of saved message capacity. TIA
