It just feels like we're moving in the right direction.

He's definitely correcting a couple things that Fu completely whiffed on, which is connecting with the fan base & school, and connecting with local high schools.

Lets just hope our talent evaluation is back to Frank's level, but if we're connecting to VA high schools, that should be improving.
