What we do know is Sung is now the head coach and assistant AD at Carthage in Wisconsin. He didn't take much time away from the game and last I checked ODU is nowhere near Wisconsin. So, his statements don't align with his actions. While Sung's statements suggest he left on his own terms others who knew him mentioned leaving VT was not what he wanted. It does seem to be one of the best kept secrets in VT sports history as noted.
