They had mold issues after some kids played frisbee in an upper hall and

hit the sprinklers. Don't know why it took them so long to cut them off, but we were visiting that weekend and you could see where water had seeped down several floors from the outside. Kids at the baseball game that weekend said the school wanted to get damages from the kids playing frisbee. It was late Spring 2012-14ish. I'm sure that's not the only issues but parents were complaining about that dorm a lot over the last few years....
