Good point.


Another point to consider is the great overall team chemistry the current team has as opposed to what Pete “inherited”. And I don’t mean this as a criticism of Scot Thomas, but his last team here had some significant internal issues as detailed several times by Keely Rochard. Sometimes change can be good for all parties.
