FWIW, 2 games are keeping us out of the tournament right now


Xavier and NCSt at home. Those two games go the other way, I think just about everyone has us on the bubble, last 4 in with a bye (or whatever the 10 seeds are). A Q1 win and eliminating a Q3 loss would be REALLLY helpful right now.

Clearly can't wave a magic wand, but those 2 would make a huge difference in how people would view this team through the last 4 games. I really think we're going to look back at that Xavier game in a couple weeks with a very forlorn gaze.


Edit: 18-9 (9-7) would be VT's record with those flipped.
