Yes her foot came off the ground. But this is no comparison to the replant Barnhill used to do. Barnhill's gave her a big advantage. If there is an advantage to Lemley's foot off the ground, it would be minimal. (I know... still a rule's infraction. I am just lamenting the arbitrary enforcing of rules when Barnhill's was so easy to see) Most crow hops look like the pitcher is skipping off the mound. Lemley's foot is almost going strait up and down with very little forward movement.

Her back foot leaves the ground on pretty much every pitch. That is the case for many pitchers. The one they called the foot went up and an extra inch or two.
