SIL went to CO for a work/ski trip last week

Got stuck in Denver because wind/snow in Aspen. Plane finally went to Aspen, circled twice, couldn't land, went back to Denver. Stayed in Denver for the w/e and gave his presentation by zoom, planning to take his already-booked return flight to TPA. Got to airport yesterday and f'ing united had cancelled his return trip because he didn't show up for his flight in Aspen that morning. He had to buy a new one-way ticket.
