I HATE how top guys don't get called for stalling EVER.


The rules clearly state that you can't parallel ride. When you're on top, you have to get to the outside. Refs are perfectly intent with a top wrestler lacing the ankle and staying back. Drives me up the freaking wall.

People will say that new rules need to be implemented. All the needs to happen is the rules, as they are written, need to be enforced.
