A LOT for our women to learn from playing UL today: contest everything


(every pass, dribble, shot, and rebound) get physical, slash to the basket and FINISH, never back down....and watch the CLINIC by UL on how to block out/time your jump/grasp the ball firmly with TWO HANDS on rebounds. It seemed like UL wanted every rebound and loose ball a lot more, and got them a lot more. Frankly our men could learn much the same lessons!
