Well, it really was the UNC D, not necessarily on every play


But the way they played in the 1st half altered and made us hesitate on a lot of shots in the 2nd half. UNC took the confidence to let it fly away from our shooters tonight. If you watched Murphy he correctly saw the 3 pt line being covered so he drove but so tried to over compensate for shot block that he missed easy ones.

It absolutely was their quickness and length that altered a whole lot. And there is no way our coach can stretch out players so that advantage in quickness and length is less.

This was just us playing about how we can play against who we played. Sure, if we had made just 3 more 3 pts buckets, we win but If Cattoor had made just one more against UVA we win that first game and the same can be said for some wins as well. . We are a team that IMHO is playing defense at a high level game in and game out for who we are. And we can do some things beyond shooting 3s on O but even our 3 pt shooting has to be catch and shoot in sync for us to be good.
