It’s hard to adjust to from 43 feet after seeing 70+ mph the pitch


before. This isn’t baseball. Hard to read when you have less than a second to catch up to 70. The best way to handle a good change is to take it unless it is fat (with less than two strikes) or look for it early in the count and it you get it you can time it.
