It certainly makes little sense that they would somehow master interstellar

travel, which may be impossible, and somehow only manifest themselves to us by darting around our military aircraft. And that there is no mother ship for us to detect (while we are looking for small asteroids and space junk all the time).

I think they are a species that has evolved and lives in the depths of the ocean.
