I've seen them on Amazon.


Was looking for something to "run off" some undesirable feral cats, but they might seriously injure cats, so I passed.

It probably didn't break the skin, but left a nice bruise. I wouldn't want to get hit by one.

Wouldn't charge as kid with a felony for that, so yes it's an overreaction. That will probably be pled down to a misdemeanor, which is what it should be. Give the kid a fine & some community service, and confiscate his water pellet pistol.
