I actually had a friend who was on the US Virgin Islands bobsled team. He


and some cronies were sitting around the St. Thomas yacht club wondering about how they (40 somethings) could compete in the Olympics. Someone suggested bobsledding couldn't be too physically taxing so they took bobsledding lessons in Lake Placid, bought a sued bobsled and competed in the Winter Olympics. I have one on their Olympic pins showing a bob sled flying past a palm tree.
