Lemon sorbet will get saliva flowing to stimulate swallow

You can do the chin-tuck against the chest if you're having trouble having food going down the windpipe.

lemon sorbet, lemon italian ice, and lemon tea will probably all work. Never tried lemonade. Take a little before each spoonful of food.

It has to have sugar and lemon.
