Nope, but every time I look into used Audis, I see the same thing


Their heavy maintenance comes around 100K, and it's fairly complicated and many procedures require specific tools, so general "backyard mechanics" are probably out of their element. I could do it, if I could get my hands on the specialty tools. Bottom line: Audis are just too complicated and maintenance heavy for my preferences.

My recommendation: buy a Lexus or Acura (which are Toyotas and Hondas) and keep up with the maintenance. Both brands should get you well past a quarter million miles without major issues if you do the routine maintenance.
