Not exactly. I think it's only his music that he didn't release that's back


It looks like it's just his music from movie soundtracks and other events that's back. Most of his catalog is still missing.

Without getting into the details of Young's issues with Spotify and Rogan, Young has certainly thrust himself back into the public spotlight. I'm sure plenty of people like him less than they did a month ago, and plenty also like him more, but there's also a generation or more of younger people that probably heard of him for the first time. I don't think he did it for the PR, but he certainly got a lot of attention.
