I haven't followed closely, but how do they know he got a bump and also


decided that it was no big deal and didn't seek help? Did he call someone after hurting himself saying "I just fell down and knocked my head. Oh, no, it's not too bad. I'm just going to go to bed."

Otherwise, if he didn't tell anyone, then it could be a lot more sinister, right?
