what you are looking at. Not rocket science it would be a time investment to gain the experience and probably not worth it. Contractors are mercenaries they get whatever they can get while they can get it. One good long recessions and their prices will drop 60%. I remembered back in 2009 I need several loads of good topsoil. Today that costs about $375 delivered but back in 2009, I had guys calling me low balling the loads down to $90 for a tandem. I asked how in hell can you charge me that make any money. He said I am not I just need to keep the equipment running to offset the debt service.
