Since Keely pitched into pretty late tonight I would start Lemley and

basically split the innings by bringing Rochard in by the fourth inning- or earlier if needed. Pete may not feel the same way but if the goal is to keep Keely strong all year this is a good time to give her some time off after a highly contested night game.
