Michigan beat #3 Purdue at home by 24 last night after losing to them five days ago. UM shot 51% from the field and 57% from deep, only allowing Purdue 7 offensive boards and holding them to 22% from 3.

As a result Michigan jumped 17 spots in the NET, from 47 to 30 with a comparable record to ours. Really the only, admittedly massive, difference between us is last night's win over a top 5 team. Our team efficiency numbers are very similar (one spot different in offense, 20 spots in defense). Of note for us, Michigan jumping to the top 30 gives UNC their first Q1 win.

To compare, UVA won away at #7 Duke last week and only moved up 8 spots from 96 to 88.
