Edwards -- 6-11, 230 -- is Syracuse's starting center. He's their 5th-ranked scorer (12.0 ppg) and second-ranked rebounder (6.5 rpg).

Syracuse has five guys who average 12+ ppg -- that's really impressive -- but beyond those five guys, there's a big dropoff. They play three guys off the bench, so that'll be cut down to two, and between the three of them, they only average 6.4 ppg. Cuse is a very starter-heavy scoring lineup.

Edwards will be replaced by Frank Anselem -- 6-10, 215, 10 mpg, 2.4 ppg.

The risk, of course, is that one of those bench players will go all James Karnik / Jordan Chatman on VT. Hope not.
