If you go that route,then research scholarships should only go to American


students right? No PhD work done by any international students, let's reward mediocrity just because they are local and let the talent go to the UK, Australia or China. I would think that in both sports and academics you are looking for excellence, whatever benefits the university the most.

There are enough universities in this country that can sustain high level Olympics sports from multiple nationalities.
