Could the ACC only get 2 teams in the tourney?

Our conference rankings are horrible this year. Could Duke and Wake be our only 2, is that even possible? UNC and Notre Dame are currently on the right side of the bubble and VT, UVA, Syracuse, Clemson and Miami are off the bubble and need to win their way on to the bubble. With everyone playing everybody, I wouldn't want to be the ACC Comish now thinking about the potential future lost revenue by getting so few teams into the dance.

My guess is five will end up making it, but it could be more or less depending.
