I feel ya. I went to the SS office in person

and had to wait 3 hours just to get a clarification on something. I complained and the lady told me I should have called and made an appointment. I told her I had tried to call for 3 days and no one ever answered the phone. While I was there the phone rang constantly and I didn't notice anyone ever answer. This doesn't help you but they need to vastly improve their service.
