I'd try to call the Postal Service.. I know how ridiculous that->


sounds (sounded funny typing it), but there is probably someone there who can point you in the right direction, IF you can get someone on the phone. Hell, I might walk into a local branch and stand in front of a guy and ask him in person. He won't know but may be able to tell you who to contact and is less likely to blow you off (i "think").
