I am all in for Dune. I was very impressed by the adaptation.


It is the best modern-era movie I have seen since Inception. I immediately got out the book and blazed through to compare the screen play, and I was still impressed. It was a great film put on screen by a guy who really, really loved this piece of literature.

Imagine if LOTR had been faithfully put on screen by a Tolkien fan who was really deep into it (deeper than Peter Jackson anyway). That was my feeling for this edition of Dune.
