Here’s a great olympic story

One of the goalies for the US mens olympic team is a 34 year old, career minor league hockey player who prior to the Olympics was playing for the Lehigh valley phantoms.

He got a call in January letting him know he was on the team.

I can’t imagine what it will be like for him to put on the jersey for his country after bouncing around the minors for over a decade.

I’ll be pulling for Pat Nagle. Maybe the team will succeed and they can make a Disney movie about it.
