He owns a refrigeration/HVAC repair firm. Sometimes he is fixing

granny’s freezer in a nice neighborhood and sometimes he is working on a commercial job in an industrial area. I think he’s always making a judgement call about what to do with it - and apparently made the wrong call this time.
