I'm thinking scrapple, bacon and eggs sunny side up, leftover Chinese from earlier in the week, Spam garnished with prunes, waffles with cream of mushroom gravy and a bowl of Grape Nuts with buttermilk.

Yeah, that ought to about cover it...
