It’s called weights and creatine-then take space away underneath


If you didn’t have it before…amazing how all sports can benefit from a terrific S and C program yet few seem to do it…. I remember when back in the late 60s when in hs, I used to sneak in weightlifting during baseball season because my coach thought as a pitcher, it would make me muscle bound and hurt my arm… other colleges didn’t use it until Dr Tom Osborne, the King of Pain, came along and made weights as important as breathing…then after he destroyed teams for a couple of seasons in the early 70s, all other schools HAD to adopt his S and C method… our BB team needs this also
