Agreed, I don't think I want a "smart" football coach at any level as my HC

It's easy to have hindsight as a fan, but I swear a "dumber" coach would have gotten us better results last year. But even on the NFL level I watched system guys like Chip Kelly and Steve Spurrier implode when they start to think they can plug any player into their system and make it work.
