Hubitat. Am looking to get a simple zigbee or zwave doorbell or button. I’d like to be able to talk back and forth but I do t like all the required subscription services with those. I’d actually like to set up my own camera and have it linked to hub. So person rings doorbell I’m alerted and can go to my camera and speak to them.

I feel like I’ll have to periodically upgrade cameras so I’d rather just use that and not have to replace a smart doorbell and camera.
