Fu had a few good recruiting classes early

The best thing Pry has going right now is that the Fu staff recognized some of their mistakes and had this 22 class in a pretty good shape. The new staff deserves some credit for keeping it together too. If we can steadily improve from the 22 baseline we will be fine. But, that means recruiting pretty damn well in the short term as well and the relationships built helps down the road.
