My take is that he was upset at the ref about calls . . .


and was jawing at the ref. The ref shut him down and pointed him back to the coaches "box" which just happens to be right in front of the announcer. So Pastner turns around and goes off on the announcer. Several other staff members came up to him to see what it was all about.
