They should probably get rid of all the sham rules they have anyway. They


could save all kinds of money with no enforcement staff. Anyone willing to don the school's uniform could play regardless of their academic standing or the amount they are paid. They would not even have to be enrolled at the school, just simply willing to wear the jersey. We are kidding ourselves if we don't think we are already approaching this point. The big difference is that the NCAA still has an enforcement budget.
