My guess:
1. Clemson - a good QB away from another playoff bid
2. NCSU - returns a lot from a good team.
3. F$U - once again, so much talent, they have to stumble towards a good season, right?
4. WF - only allowed one good team every four years.
5. BC - solid OK team
6. Louisville - stumbling around in the dark
7. Syracuse - who knows? They play well one week, then suck the next.

Coastal:
1. Miami - so much talent, they have to do it, right?
2. Pitt - a QB puts them at the top of the Coastal
3. UNC - a team loaded with talent, but devoid of competent coaching.
4. VT - a team on the rise
5. GT - who knows?
6. UVA - Tony got a late start, and will need another year to fix it.
7. Dook - the doormat, again.
