I reckon they would call it "underwear".


It would have to be briefs, not boxers, for best fit/maximum filtration. If the reaction to my post below is any indication I'm sure there is a passionate portion of America that would insist on this and require us to "drop trousers" as proof of wearing before entering any entertainment venue or the city borders of Washington DC. Next up: Ear Plugs.
