Accident at our shooting range earlier. No real info to share other than

we pulled into the parking lot and a fire truck, two medic SUVs, a medic ambulance and four CMPD SUVs were already there. Before we left 10 minutes later four more CMPD SUVs arrived. Couple in the parking space next to ours said they’d arrived just ten minutes prior and as soon as they entered they were told the range was being locked down and they should leave immediately. Range owner was on the phone to 911. A fire fighter standing near us couldn’t comment except that there had been an accident.

We’re about 19 months into membership and regular visits to this business and they the most conscientious, deliberate, and professional people you could ask for. They take extraordinary care to make certain that anyone on the range is knowledgeable, prepared and skilled enough to be there. Many of the staff are former military, former and current off-duty police and long time gun owners and safety instructors. I can only hope this was not a serious accident, or that any of our friends - or anyone else - was hurt.
