It amazing the way the staffs are transitions..especially changing defenses and offense schemes. Creating a new play book; who manages recruiting data book and expanded database on all the high schools and staffs and candidates of interest recruits and current team their background major workout history ..who maintains and documents a consistent overview and approach and document this..

At the same time to the external observers all appear calm collected and all organized .

That by itself is amazing. Any of you guys have any insight how pry and his guys do it??
