if they didn't close schools early and we got more snow than we did, then


getting the busses on the road and getting kids home safely could've been a nightmare. or getting parents to schools to get their kids could've also been a shitshow. so they took the cautious approach. no way to really know how much snow we were going to get or how the roads would be. you try to make the best decision you can with the info that's available to you at the time.
