Certainly the age-old question...


To me it seems to be a relative standard. if one kid is obviously Initiating the action, they usually call it on the other. If both are just up there doing the dance around, they don't. That's why I thought they'd hit RBY with another stall (he got 2 called as it was), Iowa kid shot around 10 times compared to really once by RBY...
