...using it for your whole roster is particularly sustainable year after year. I think it has to be part of VT's plans but I think a balance between HS and portal kids is the way forward. I think what is hard for some coaches, especially those who have been around a long time is the understanding that you can take a young player from the portal and they don't have to play right away while freshman these days aren't going to hang around often if they aren't getting on the floor.
