I think, and I said this last year as well, that the path forward...


...is Young going and getting three assistants who have the recruiting and pedigree of Chester Frazier/Mike Jones. I thought Antwon Jackson was a good initial hire that didn't work out but, to me, without a full compliment of heavy hitting recruiting assistants I think it's consistently get the talent you need to compete at VT. I think that was something that both Seth and Buzz did well, and as Buzz's staff changed I think his recruiting also wasn't as good.
