Storm's PER is making new lows and barely better than worst PG in ACC

Storm at 10.7, Prentiss Hubb is 9.7. Funny enough, when we play ND I always want Hubb to jack shots bc he is so bad at making them.

Mike Young, get him out of there and insert Pedulla. This is on you.
